Hurricane Ian has severely impacted the homes, communities, and lives of our neighbors on the west coast of Florida. Our students have started a collection drive, and items can be dropped off at the school by Friday, October 21. The Lady Lions Volleyball program hosted its annual Pink Night on Tuesday, October 4, where it helped raise awareness for breast cancer. The day kicked off with students, faculty, and staff members being able to wear pink for the day for a minimum donation of $1. The evening included a four-game series against the Boca Christian Blazers. A bake sale and a donation table gave families and fans an opportunity to support the cause. The proceeds from the day were donated to the Dorothy Mangurian Comprehensive Women’s Center at Holy Cross Hospital to aid in the fight against breast cancer....
