Application Instructions

The Financial Assistance Application deadline is March 31, 2020.

Financial Assistance Process

There are three critical components of the Financial Assistance application process:

Returning applicants have until February 28 to submit all three components. However, the FACTS and SUFS applications should be filed as soon as the State begins accepting applications to ensure that you receive responses from the respective organizations by the February 28 deadline.

Note: the FACTS application requires a completed tax return. Consequently, it is very important that tax returns be completed as well.
