Join us this Friday, August 15, at 6:00 p.m. for the Varsity Football Kickoff Classic and Back-to-School Tailgate at the west campus Athletic Complex. The Lions Varsity Football Team will take on the Somerset Academy Key Lions with the game kickoff at 7:00 p.m. There will be fun for the whole family! Be sure to come hungry—food will be available from the Lions Athletic Club Concessions Stand and a dessert food truck. Both cash and credit cards will be accepted. We are offering stadium-style box seating in the gymnasium and football stadium to support the Basketball, Cheer, Football, and Volleyball programs. This unique seating is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our athletic programs and provide a comfortable and unique athletic experience for our family and fans. Track and Field: State Competitors The WA Track and Field program was well represented with 22 student-athletes competing at the 1A State Championships at the University of North Florida’s Hodges Stadium on Saturday, May 10. They returned with 10 medals in seven events, with each athlete performing exceptionally well—even after a three-hour lightning. The top 8 places medal and are All-State finishers.
