There have been some exciting moments in WA athletics as we said “goodbye” to 2023 and “hello” to 2024. The Lions Competitive Cheer team won their division at the National Christian Cheerleading Championships in Orlando! It’s been nine years since WA’s last competitive cheer competition, and we’re so proud of their strong first season! Welcome to the 2023–2024 winter athletic season! Below, you will find a list of the winter sport tryout dates and contact information for each coach. Bus transportation will be offered to and from the west campus athletic complex for student-athletes daily and will depart at 3:15 p.m. Every student-athlete must have a completed athletic physical turned in before they try out. We are using the SportsWareOnLine system again this year for athletic physicals.
