Every year, Westminster Academy strives for our community to be “All In” with a gift to the Annual Fund. A high level of participation is sought from the school board, faculty, staff, current families, alumni, alumni families, grandparents, and friends of the school. The distinctive qualities that a Christian, private school education provides require a combination of tuition and charitable donations. This morning began our turn towards the end of the year events. Parents gathered for a very special time to pray for our senior class by name. They also prayed over the personalized Bibles that each graduate will receive at Commencement. Alumnus Bernie Gonzalez '10, who led us in worship, recalled receiving his Bible and what it meant to him. It was inspiring to see parents of younger students join with parents of seniors to lift up their graduate, a beautiful picture of beginning with the end in mind. Please help the Westminster Academy Lions' Parent Association restock the Uniform Bank in preparation for the 2019–20 school year! Consider donating uniforms, P.E. uniforms, and spirit wear back to the school as a ministry to our fellow WA families. All donated items should be clean and bagged. Any items not meeting current uniform requirements will be donated to children in Honduras and Zimbabwe.
