Boston Heritage Festival: A Gold-Medal Trip

The Westminster Academy Honor Choir returned to the Boston Heritage Festival this year, enjoying an unforgettable trip filled with music, learning, and fellowship.

While in Boston, students explored historic landmarks, including the Old North Church, the Boston Tea Party Ships, Bunker Hill, and the USS Constitution. They visited Gordon College, where they connected with the music faculty and learned about music opportunities at the college.

At the festival, the Honor Choir delivered an outstanding performance, earning a Gold rating and First Place in their category, along with valuable feedback from adjudicators. The experience concluded with the privilege of singing at Park Street Church during Sunday services.

From iconic city experiences to award-winning performances, the trip was a meaningful blend of growth, excellence, and community.
