Celebrating Our Amazing WA Dads All Spring Long!

At Westminster Academy, springtime means it’s time to celebrate the incredible fathers in our community—and what a joyful season it’s been!

We kicked things off with our annual PK3 “Dine & Dash with Dad”, where students shared breakfast, laughs, and the legendary “Pop See Ko” dance! Watching our little ones teach their dads the moves was truly a highlight of the spring!

Next up, our PK2 classes hosted an early Father’s Day celebration with crafts, songs, and sweet treats. The love and laughter were abundant as students and dads made special memories together.

Our PK4 students put on their capes and declared their love at the “Dad is My Superhero” event. With games, crafts, and big smiles, these little Lions honored their everyday heroes with joy and excitement.

Kindergarten continued the celebration with the always-popular “Donuts with Dad.” With warm hugs, happy hearts, and plenty of powdered sugar, it was a sweet reminder of the special bond between dads and students.

One of the season’s most anticipated events was our Second Annual Father-Daughter Dance, hosted in partnership with the Lions Parent Association. The evening was full of sweet moments, twirls on the dance floor, and lots of smiles—so much so that it’s becoming one of WA’s most beloved events! A special thank you to Heather Holt Photo for capturing these precious moments. Check out the full photo album on Facebook to relive all the special moments!

To all our WA dads—thank you for your love, time, and presence. You help make this community stronger, and we are so grateful for you!
