11 May Congratulations to Mr. Chris Clements for receiving the SFBJ’s 2023 CFO Award!
Congratulations to Mr. Chris Clements for receiving the South Florida Business Journal’s 2023 CFO Award! Mr. Clements is the Senior VP and CFO for the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, and Miami Grand Prix. When asked by the South Florida Business Journal what his second career would be, he said, “I’m passionate about supporting my three kids in their education and athletics at Westminster Academy, so I’d probably focus on supporting youth student-athletes in some respect.” And that, he has certainly done!
Mr. Clements volunteers his time as the president of the Westminster Academy Lions Athletic Club, which launched in the fall of 2019. Under his leadership, the Lions Athletic Club has raised funds through corporate sponsorships to provide news scoreboards for the west campus athletic field (football, soccer, and lacrosse), baseball, aquatics, a scorer’s table for basketball, locker room renovations and graphics and several other projects. We are grateful for his work in WA athletics and excited to see him honored by the South Florida Business Journal.
