Parking, Drop-Off & Pick-Up

For the safety of our students, please follow the directions on the Parking, Drop-Off & Pick-Up Map below. Please drive carefully and slowly in the school and church driveways as children are walking, loading, and unloading. For safety reasons, please do not drop off your child(ren) on 22nd Avenue or 56th Street.

  • PK2 & PK3*

  • Please drop off and pick up your child in front of prekindergarten classrooms at Coral Ridge (Federal Highway entrance). Teachers and assistants will be there to help your child exit/enter your vehicle. If you need to walk your child to class, please park in the designated areas.

  • PK4–Grade 5*

  • Please enter from 22nd Avenue only from the north during peak traffic times. The gate opens at 7:30 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. Please remain to the outside of the orange cones and pull up behind the car in front of you. Someone will greet you curbside and help your child exit/enter your vehicle safely. Please be sure to only drop your students off under the covered awning. Cars without hanging tags will be directed to park in the church parking lot and enter through the Welcome Center.

  • Grades 6–12

  • Drop-Off/Pick-Up in the designated area behind Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church. Parents of grades 6–12 students should drop off through the WA driveway if there is a student in grade 5 or below in the vehicle.

*Lower School Parents: Please observe the specific instructions from the lower school office in identifying your car so that the teachers and assistants can assist you smoothly. If you desire at any time to park, please note the places designated on the map and check in at the Welcome Center. Please refrain from having a parent-teacher conference from the car.

All students prekindergarten through grade 5 who are not picked up by 3:15 p.m. will be enrolled in CASA, after-school care, until parents arrive. At 3:15 p.m., CASA charges will apply.

Student Vehicles

Students may park in the designated student spaces, shown on the Parking, Drop-Off & Pick-Up Map above. Student drivers are required to properly operate their vehicle in a safe, mature, and responsible manner and to comply with the school and public traffic regulations, including but not limited to speed, noise, and courtesy. While the school will take precautions to safeguard vehicles, there is no assumption of liability by the school for any loss or damage which may occur while a vehicle is parked on campus.

Severe Weather Procedures

Please familiarize yourself with the following procedure, which will be implemented in the event there is an extreme weather condition—severe lightning, strong winds, massive rain downpour, etc.

  1. For upper school parents, please go to the regular pick-up location at the church. Please remain in the parking area until 3:20 p.m. so that the lower school line can clear. Upper school students will be dismissed for pick-up in front of the gym at 3:20 p.m. The gym will be the holding area for all upper school students during pick-up time.
  2. Enter pick-up line through the open gate at 22nd Avenue—the regular procedure for lower school parents. If you have lower and upper school children, please pick up all children at the same time.

Upper school students who are not picked up in front of the gym will be permitted to leave only when the weather permits. This includes student drivers. To ease egress, parking in front of the gym is not allowed. We will release students to you as you arrive.

PK2 and PK3 students remain at the same designated areas regardless of weather.

PK4 through grade 5 parents will proceed through the regular car line all the way to the circular drive in front of the gymnasium. The children will be waiting in the gymnasium and will be escorted to your car. Please have your car tag displayed as this will help expedite this process. Your patience is requested and appreciated as your child’s safety is our utmost concern.
