Our annual dinner auction, Chart the Course, presented by Benedetti Orthodontics, will be held on Friday, April 14, at 6:30 p.m. at the Coral Ridge Yacht Club. Save the date for this exciting evening of fellowship and fundraising for our school. Ticket sales begin March 1. This is the largest fundraising event of the year, so please get involved! The Lions Parent Association will host a fishing tournament on Friday, March 31. The tournament will begin at 7:30 a.m. from the Hillsboro Inlet. Weigh-ins will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Sands Harbor Resort & Marina, followed by an awards ceremony at 4:00 p.m. You may use your own boat or join us on a drift boat that will be available. It is that time of year when our WA Alumni take on the faculty for our annual co-ed basketball game. Winners get bragging rights and the Lion Knockout Trophy for a year. The 11th Annual Sporting Clay Tournament presented by Fusion Powder Coating was a grand success! We had our highest participation yet, 91 participants, including 14 students, and a total of $44,000 raised for the Annual Fund.
