12 Nov Westminster Academy Celebrates 51 AP Scholars for Academic Excellence
We are excited to share that 51 Westminster Academy students have been recognized by the College Board as AP Scholars for their outstanding academic achievement on multiple Advanced Placement (AP) Exams. Each fall, the AP Program honors high school students across the nation who demonstrate exceptional college-level success through their AP coursework and exams.
This year’s results highlight the depth of talent and dedication within our AP students:
- 19 students were named AP Scholars with Distinction, an honor reserved for those earning an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.
- 8 students earned the distinction of AP Scholar with Honor, awarded to students who achieve an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.
- The remaining students achieved AP Scholar status by earning scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP Exams.
These recognitions represent not only our students’ intellectual curiosity and perseverance but also the excellence of Westminster Academy’s rigorous academic program and the commitment of our faculty.
