We will lead with integrity, courage, and vision, guiding our school to thrive in faith, purpose, and excellence.

We will provide visionary, Christ-centered leadership that models integrity, accountability, and servant leadership. Our governance will reflect and model the principles of Presbyterianism, Reformed theology, and CRPC. In this manner, our governance will guide the school with wisdom and purpose, ensuring sustainable growth, faithful stewardship, and a culture where faculty, students, and families can flourish.

Goal #1: Strengthen Mission-Driven Leadership Culture

Foster a culture of servant leadership at all levels of governance and administration, ensuring leaders model biblical principles, uphold academic rigor, and cultivate a spiritually vibrant environment for students and staff. 

Desired Outcomes:

  1. Exemplify Servant Leadership and Biblical Principles: Leadership across all divisions consistently demonstrates servant leadership and biblical principles in decision-making and relationships.
  2. Ensure Mission Alignment in Policies and Actions: Mission alignment is evident in school policies, leadership actions, and stakeholder communications.
  3. Foster a Culture of Spiritual Encouragement and Growth: Faculty and staff experience a culture of spiritual encouragement, accountability, and professional growth.
  4. Model Mission and Values for Students and Families: Students and families recognize leadership as exemplifying the school’s mission and values.

Goal #2: Enhance Board and Administrative Effectiveness

Provide ongoing training and development for the Board of Trustees and school leaders, equipping them with best practices in governance, fiduciary responsibility, and spiritual leadership to support mission-aligned decision-making.

Desired Outcomes:

  1. Demonstrate Shared Understanding of Governance and Roles: Trustees and administrators demonstrate a shared understanding of governance best practices and clear role delineation.
  2. Operate with Strategic Focus and Mission Accountability: The Board operates with strategic focus, evaluating performance against mission and strategic goals annually.
  3. Engage in Continuous Professional and Spiritual Leadership Development: Administrators engage in continuous professional and spiritual leadership development.
  4. Ensure Biblically-Aligned and Responsible Decision-Making: Decision-making reflects sound fiduciary stewardship and alignment with biblical values.

Goal #3: Implement a Refined Division Structure

Establish a clear and sustainable divisional leadership model designed to strengthen academic excellence, nurture spiritual formation, and provide consistent oversight for faculty, students, and families.

Desired Outcomes:

  1. Establish a Clear Divisional Structure with Accountability: A well-defined divisional structure ensures consistent oversight and accountability across academic, spiritual, and operational functions.
  2. Foster Unified Leadership Among Division Heads: Division Heads operate as a unified leadership team with aligned goals and shared expectations.
  3. Enhance Communication, Support, and Consistency: Families and faculty experience improved clarity of communication, support, and consistency across divisions.
  4. Optimize Leadership Focus on Teaching, Learning, and Spiritual Formation: Leadership time and responsibilities are distributed effectively to improve focus on teaching, learning, and spiritual formation.

Goal #4: Ensure Leadership Stability and Continuity

Strengthen the school’s leadership pipeline through succession planning, professional development, and clear role accountability to ensure long-term stability, consistent decision-making, and alignment with the school’s Christ-centered mission. 

Desired Outcomes:

  1. Embed Succession Planning in Governance and Administration: Succession planning is embedded in governance and administrative practice.
  2. Develop Emerging Leaders Through Identification and  Mentoring: Emerging leaders are identified and developed through intentional mentoring and professional learning pathways.
  3. Ensure Role Clarity and Accountability: Role clarity and accountability frameworks ensure consistent performance expectations.
  4. Maintain Leadership Continuity for Strategic Momentum: The school maintains leadership continuity that sustains momentum toward long-term strategic objectives.
