We will steward our resources to create a safe, welcoming, and well-designed campus that reflects God’s beauty and supports excellence in teaching, learning, and community life. Our facilities will inspire creativity, foster fellowship, and provide spaces where students can grow spiritually, intellectually, and physically to the glory of God.

Goal #1: Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Site Plan

Create and present a master site plan for the existing East Campus and North Campus property that maximizes school priorities, generates additional revenue opportunities, and complements the existing campus development plan.

Desired Outcomes:

  1. Develop a Visionary, Mission-Aligned Master Site Plan: A visionary, mission-aligned master site plan is developed to support long-term growth, enhance the student experience, and advance institutional priorities.
  2. Integrate North Campus to Expand Capacity and Impact: The North Campus property is effectively integrated into the school’s master site plan to expand capacity and mission impact.
  3. Optimize Facilities for Efficiency, Access, and Engagement: New and existing facilities are optimized to increase operational efficiency, student access, and community engagement.
  4. Support Financial Sustainability and Strategic Resource Stewardship: The site plan supports financial sustainability and strategic stewardship of resources.

Goal #2: Advance The Next Chapter Capital Campaign

Continue and revise the campaign to support a comprehensive campus-wide building project for 1,200 students, incorporating the North Campus property into the plan, and securing funding for Phase 1 and the property acquisition. 

Desired Outcomes

  1. Inspire Broad Participation Through a Clear Capital Campaign Vision: A revitalized and clearly defined capital campaign vision inspires broad participation and confidence in the school’s mission and future.
  2. Secure Funding for Campus Expansion and North Campus Acquisition: Funding is secured for Phase 1 of the comprehensive campus plan and the North Campus property acquisition.
  3. Strengthen a Culture of Generosity and Long-Term Investment: A culture of generosity and long-term investment in the school’s mission is strengthened among families, alumni, and community partners.
  4. Ensure Transparent and Accountable Campaign Management: Campaign management and communication processes ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with Christian stewardship principles.

Goal #3: Launch Construction and Capital Projects

Initiate construction on Phase 1 of The Next Chapter project while prioritizing essential capital infrastructure improvements that enhance campus functionality, safety, and long-term sustainability. 

Desired Outcomes:

  1. Launch and Manage Phase 1 of The Next Chapter with Excellence: Phase 1 construction of The Next Chapter project is launched and managed efficiently, reflecting excellence, stewardship, and alignment with the school’s mission and growth plan.
  2. Upgrade Campus Infrastructure for Safety, Function, and Sustainability: Campus infrastructure and facilities are upgraded to improve safety, functionality, and sustainability across all divisions.
  3. Align Campus Development with Mission, Stewardship, and Community: Campus development projects reflect faithful stewardship, community engagement, and a clear connection to the school’s mission and vision.
  4. Strengthen Facilities Planning for Future Growth and Sustainability: Facilities planning and construction processes strengthen the foundation for future growth and operational sustainability.

Goal #4: Ensure Financial and Operational Stewardship

Strengthen financial and operational efficiency by implementing sustainable practices for ongoing maintenance, capital renewal, and improvement of existing facilities, ensuring the long-term health of the campus.

  2. Implement a Comprehensive Facilities Management and Renewal Plan: A comprehensive facilities management and capital renewal plan ensures that the campus remains safe, functional, and aligned with programmatic needs.
  3. Streamline Operations for Efficiency, Accountability, and Impact: Operational practices are streamlined and data-informed, improving efficiency, accountability, and resource utilization.
  4. Promote Environmental Stewardship in Campus Operations: Campus operations reflect a commitment to environmental stewardship and responsible use of God’s resources.
