Our annual dinner auction, Rockin’ into the 50s, presented by Benedetti Orthodontics, will be held on Friday, April 16, at 6:30 p.m. Everyone can help make the auction a success! Simply provide a letter and acquisition form to a business on behalf of Westminster Academy when you are out shopping, dining, or a patron at a local business. Though many establishments have been impacted by COVID, this is an opportunity to promote future business. All donations are tax-deductible. While a few Homecoming traditions were put on hold this year due to COVID, school spirit was on full display through decorated hallways and dress-up days. The Homecoming football game was an eventful one, as a limited crowd joined us at the west campus Athletic Complex to cheer on the Lions as they took on the Saint Andrews School Scots. Although the Lions came up short, they fought hard throughout the game and had an impressive showing in the second half, where they outscored the Scots 27-0. The Westminster Academy High School Christmas Spectacular, “Night of Miracles,” will be held in person and socially distanced on Tuesday, December 8, at 7:00 p.m. in the Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church Sanctuary. This new Christmas Concert will include performances from the choir, band, and orchestra. Families of all ages will be incredibly blessed to hear and see this beautiful concert celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior. Register now for the 9th Annual Westminster Academy Sporting Clay Tournament presented by Southern Painting on Friday, December 11, at Quail Creek Plantation in Okeechobee. Spend the day in the great outdoors! The entire event, including meals, takes place in the fresh air, and COVID safety precautions will be followed.
