Dear WA Community, In Matthew 25, Jesus tells a parable about three servants entrusted with talents. Because two of them invested their talents and increased their value, they were commended. In Paul’s letter to the Ephesians, he reminds us that we “are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” We capture both of these ideas in our conversation about the 16,000-hour proposition—the amount of time a student spends in school.
