12 May Thank You For Helping Us Make History At The Auction!
Our annual auction, The Golden Ticket, presented by Benedetti Orthodontics, was a huge success with gross proceeds of $440,000, setting an all-time high in our 50-year history! This includes $65,000 raised for the new WA branded activity bus. In addition, we received a $50,000 match! Congratulations to Danny and Amanda Byrne, who won the $5000 tuition credit for next school year, and thank you to all who purchased tickets!
With much to celebrate, we also have many to thank. This event would not be possible without the generous in-kind donations of local businesses. In addition, we thank those who solicited these businesses on behalf of WA. We are also grateful to the Lower School/PREP parents who contributed to the class baskets and experiences. Our decorations were outstanding and we are grateful for volunteers who worked weeks in advance to create a beautiful, whimsical setting, and all those who volunteered their time and talents in other areas as well. Both online bidders and those who attended the event gave generously and our hearts are full of gratitude!
