We are so proud of the Westminster Academy Junior Thespian Troupe. They competed at the district level Thespian competition and walked away with six superior and six excellent performance rankings! Camilla Zayas-Cruz also received Critic’s Choice for her solo performance. She was chosen by the judges in her room as the top performance of that day. Way to go, Camilla!

- Solo Musical: Olivia Oropesa with “Lost in the Brass” from Band Geeks
- Duet Musical: Juliana Lonetta & Olivia Oropesa with “If Momma Was Married” from Gypsy
- Costume Design: Annabelle Van Tine with “Designs” from Hairspray the Musical
- Large Group Musical: Madison Sanders, Camilla Zayas-Cruz, Olivia Oropesa, Juliana Lonetta, Greta Harms, Nadja Xharahi, Brianna Boynton, Story Truss, Reese Mathis, Luis Ramirez, Annabelle Van Tine & Kate Hajduk with “I Won’t Grow Up” from Peter Pan

Based on the superior ranking of the Large Group Musical performance, the entire troupe moves on to the state competition in Orlando.
