Help Make The Auction Flamazing!

Our annual dinner auction, Let’s Flamingle, presented by Benedetti Orthodontics, will be held on Friday, March 6, at 6:30 p.m. in the Kennedy Fellowship Hall. Before anyone can “flamingle,” we need to plan! The development team invites all WA parents to join us on Thursday, January 16, at 8:00 a.m. in Gangway at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church. In addition, acquiring auction items is also a great help. Lower school classes are preparing baskets for the silent auction. However, all grades can assist with acquiring exciting items for guests to bid on!
  • The lower school grade with the most participation will have an ice cream party. Parents can donate towards the grade’s basket and/or acquire a $25 gift certificate or item for the auction.
  • All middle school students who acquire a $25 gift certificate or item for the auction will be excused from class for an ice cream party.
  • All high school students who acquire a $25 gift certificate or item for the auction will receive community service hours. Two hours will be awarded for each $25 gift card/item with a maximum of 6 community service hours.
Click here for acquisition forms, which are also available at the Welcome Center desk. Simply provide the letter and form to a business on behalf of Westminster Academy when you are out shopping, dining, or a patron at a local business. Then, return the acquisition form with the gift card/item to Lynn Barbar in the Development Office. We will thank the donor and give your child credit for the gift. Items donated to the lower school’s class baskets may be turned in to your child’s teacher.
