Fine Arts Students Shine Through The Christmas Season

We want to thank our Fine Arts students, faculty, and staff for spreading joy throughout our community this Christmas season. Their hard work included countless hours of rehearsals and performances that added to their existing busy schedules. The invitations and requests kept pouring in, and under the direction of Mrs. Lisa Wilson, they were all fulfilled.

Our students could be found in Orlando for two performances of Disney’s Candlelight Processional at Epcot. They were in town at the Fort Lauderdale Historical Society Tree Lighting Ceremony. Students visited Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church on an Advent Sunday and the Executive Club of Fort Lauderdale. Our Fine Arts students entertained dinner guests attending Coral Ridge Presbyterian’s Sounds of the Season Concert, and then also the dinner guests attending the First Baptist Christmas Pageant at nine separate events.

In addition, Fine Arts blessed our own community with our Christmas celebration, Lessons & Carols. Then finally, the preschool, the lower school, and our middle school all had their own Christmas Programs, giving even our littlest performers a chance to spread Christmas cheer through music.

Our students shined as they shared the Gospel this season with so many through their talents. They certainly earned a well-deserved holiday break, and we appreciate all they did to bless WA!
