General Maintenance Technician

Westminster Academy is seeking a General Maintenance Technician.

The General Maintenance Technician will complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures. Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities. Assists with event setups and breakdowns. Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary. Assists in emergencies as needed.

No licenses required. Reports to Director of Facilities.

Facilities Administrative Support Specialist

The Facilities Administrative Support Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, establishing and maintaining vendor relationships, competitive bidding, scheduling service calls, product research, purchase orders, purchasing, processing invoices, and credit transactions.

The position will also monitor, maintain, and report from a work order system assigning and or dispatching workers as needed and responding to urgent service requests.

The position requires attention to detail, organizational skill, and the ability to adhere to established processes. Previous work experience in administrative support is required; procurement or facilities support experience is desired but not required.
