Campus Operations Coordinator

The COC reports directly to the Director of Facilities and assists in multiple operational matters related to safety and security coordination, bus transportation, and reception/visitor check in process.

Experience managing and scheduling personnel, coordinating operational logistics, face-to-face customer service, and developing/writing procedures. The COC will also need to have strong organizational, administrative skills, and computer skills (including knowledge of MS Office applications). Bus Driver

Bus drivers report directly to the Campus Operations Coordinator and are responsible for the safe, timely transportation of students to and from school, field trips, and various athletic events.

Candidates must have a CDL license with P&S Endorsement as required by law, and have experience transporting children ages 5–18 in a school setting.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • The safe, timely transportation of students
  • Keeping and reporting ridership attendance
  • Documenting and reporting maintenance issues, fuel levels, and any safety concerns on all buses driven
  • Keeping up to date with regards to licensing, safety certification, etc.
