The 12th Annual Westminster Academy Sporting Clay Tournament, presented by Fusion Powder Coating, is coming up on Friday, December 1, at Quail Creek Sporting Ranch in Okeechobee. Spend the day in the great outdoors! Participants will enjoy a country breakfast, then take aim at clay pigeons on a 14-station course, and end the event with a hearty lunch. ​​Dear WA Community,  Our family has been afforded the opportunity to live in various parts of the county. While we have enjoyed each stop, every location requires adjustment. For example, one doesn’t need to order grits with breakfast or specify what kind of iced tea in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Both are assumed. In Chicago, pizza generally comes one way—as a pie, not thin. One thing we appreciated about Lexington, Kentucky, our hometown, was that the year has all four seasons—fall, winter, spring, and summer. Our Annual Fund Drive is coming up October 23-27! Every year, the school strives for a high level of participation in giving from the School Board, faculty, staff, current families, alumni, alumni families, grandparents, and friends of the school.
