Westminster Academy student-athletes are encouraged to always keep the various elements of their school experience in perspective. Christ-like qualities and academics are first priority—however, we strongly encourage participation in co-curricular activities as we pursue to excel and succeed in all that we do. We make no apologies for playing to win. In doing so, we strive to model a humble and thankful spirit in victory and a gracious and respectful spirit in defeat.
The keys to our success in this regard are the examples set by our coaching staff. Our coaches make every effort to instill biblical principles, including core values of honesty, integrity, and respect for others. We believe that these aspects of athletics are paramount in the learning process, and that when the game is over, our athletes have given the most of themselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Students in grades 6-12 who are planning to play sports must have all FHSAA athletic forms turned in to the Athletic Office prior to try-outs and/or participation in any sport. Please download the forms from the menu to the left.
From the NCAA Clearinghouse website, prospective student-athletes will be able to access information needed to understand the Division I and Division II initial-eligibility requirements, register with the Clearinghouse and access individual Clearinghouse records. For more information, you may view/download the NCAA Guide to College Bound Student-Athletes.
Please note: Students must register with the NCAA Clearinghouse if they plan to participate in college athletics. This should be done during their junior year.
For information regarding athletics at smaller institutions, please visit the National Association Of Intercollegiate Athletics website.
